QUESTION: What is the itinerary?

ANSWER: You make your own arrangements. you tell us where you want to go, and we will take you there.

QUESTION: What is your Round Trip Service?

ANSWER: Pick up at one location, drop off at one location, a minimum of 4 hours, and return to pickup location. Cost depends on the bus, pickup and drop off locations. Call for quote.

QUESTION: What does the Deposit cover?

ANSWER: The deposit reserves the party bus of your choice for your requested date. The deposit is the first hour rental for the bus. The balance is then due in cash or can be processed on your credit card upon arrival of the bus.

QUESTION: What is the Cancellation process?

ANSWER: cancellations must be advised within 72 hours of the day of rental. A cancellation can be subject to being refundable depending on the situation.Whether related (snow, etc.)

QUESTION: Is gratuity included?

ANSWER: No, gratuity is not included in your hourly rate or package pricing. Drivers can accept tips at the end of service. 20% gratuity is suggested and greatly appreciated. 

QUESTION: When does the hourly rate begin?

ANSWER: The hourly rate begins upon arrival at first pick up point, not departure of pick up point. The party should be ready to depart at the requested pickup time to avoid paying for time not partying on the bus. 

QUESTION: Is there a minimum amount of time?

ANSWER: Our minimum is 4 hours, however exceptions for special events and custom party packages. Call for details. 

QUESTION: What are the rates during the holidays?

ANSWER: We provide fun party packages and city excursions during holidays and special sporting events at discount rates. Contact us by phone for details. 

QUESTION: What if the bus is late?

ANSWER: We make every effort to be on time. On the off chance that our driver is late due to traffic , inclement weather, or other circumstances not in our control, your party return time will be extended to compensate.

QUESTION: Where can I take the bus?

ANSWER: We go anywhere you want us to take you! Create your own itinerary with one or more stops or ask us for custom travel packages. Additional mileage fees may apply if your party is traveling outside of city limits. Call for details. 

QUESTION: Can the bus just drive us around or do we have to get on and off the bus?

ANSWER: The bus can be used as you like. Some party-goers choose to visit one or two clubs along the way while others spend the entire time dancing, drinking, and taking selfies on the bus. It is totally up to you! All buses are equipped with WiFi, Bluetooth Surround Sound and a bar which can be stocked with drinks and/or food for an additional fee. 

QUESTION: Can we bring our own alcohol?

ANSWER: Yes. You are welcome to bring your drinks of choice. If you prefer, we can offer special party packages providing all beer or liquor for your party. Please be advised that all patrons must be of legal age (21+) to have alcohol on the bus. 

QUESTION: Does everyone have to be 21?

ANSWER: We allow party-goers of all ages on the bus however if there is alcohol present, everyone must be 21. You will be required to show ID to the driver at the start of the trip. The ride will be immediately terminated with no refund if anyone under 21 is found to be drinking on the bus.

QUESTION: What if there is fighting on the bus or vandalism to the bus during a rental?

ANSWER: The ride will be immediately terminated, no refund will be issued. If any equipment is damaged then the host of the party is held responsible. The card on file will be charged an equipment fee. 

QUESTION: Can we smoke?

ANSWER: No. There is no smoking on any of our party bus rentals. 

QUESTION: Who is responsible for damage to the bus?

ANSWER: The person that rents the bus is responsible for any cost to repair the damage. See contract for details.

QUESTION: Can we request meals, exotic entertainment, and decorations?

ANSWER: Yes, drinks and appetizers can be requested in advance for an additional fee. Exotic dancers and other entertainment can be requested but is not guaranteed. We will advise you once we have confirmed the talent and are not responsible for the services provided. 

QUESTION: Is music provided?

ANSWER: Yes, we have a FM stereo and top music playlists on board. Most clients prefer to connect their own device to the Bluetooth Surround Sound System to allow complete control of the music. Don't forget to pack your phone chargers! Outlets and Wifi available on all buses. 

QUESTION: Are there any other charges?

ANSWER: Yes, a 10% gas surcharge is added to the posted hourly rate if your trip goes outside the mileage limits stated on your contract.
